Some highlight pics from Chanel’s #couture show yesterday, where Karl Lagerfeld celebrated his 40-year tenure at the house by revisiting its archives.
The collection - dubbed New Vintage - reworked signature tweeds into a series of suits inspired by fashion decades that spanned the 20s through to the 90s. But as ever it was the eveningwear that shone – literally in this collection – in shimmering sequins and featherlight tulle.
