Federica Tedeschi finds beauty in the mundane and combines embroidery, weave and print to translate common everyday materials into the luxurious. Her experimentation has led to her being shortlisted for the Texprint Body Award, as well as winning an award from one of the sponsors Lululemon Athletica.
Great use of colour isn’t always about being bright and bold. We love the intricate and subtle use of natural colour and texture by woven textile designer Beth Humes. The Texprint judges agreed and made her one of the three designers shortlisted for the colour award!
