We love Paul Smith’s limited edition of red pockets or “laisee” for Lunar New Year! Bold and unique rose print patterns represents the love and respect between Paul and his wife over the decades, and also brings along with the traditional Chinese New Year greetings, meaning “Fortune comes with blooming flowers” for the Year of Snake.
Fashion has never looked so gruesome! Check out these awesome sculpture by Salão Coboi’s, “The 9 Worthies” showcasing key pieces taken from the Fall/Winter 2012 collections of brands and designers such as Maison Martin Margiela, Jil Sander, Raf Simons, ACNE or Paul Smith.
Mannish tailoring in rich block colours from Paul Smith at #lfw yesterday.
It was all about crisp button-up shirts softened with lace cuffs and photoreal rose prints, as well as SB tailored blazers in slick satin, best when teamed with mismatched coloured shorts.
British chef Jamie Oliver has teamed up with design brand Fritz Hansen to celebrate 10 years of his restaurant Fifteen - by auctioning off an army of Arne Jacobsen’s famous Ant chairs, each one customised by one of 20 different artists and designers.

The last day of Paris menswear shows saw Paul Smith present a strong tailored collection, injecting a retro mod mood into suiting through a bright colour palette and bold prints. Slim tailoring and boxy outerwear were colour-blocked together giving the brand a fresh new look.
Here’s a sneak peek of Paul Smith’s new fabric, Point - launched at Republic of Fritz Hansen’s flagship London store last night. Created for textile brand Maharam, the pattern is inspired by Fair Isle sweaters.
From backstage: Peter Gray for Moroccanoil was responsible for the hair at Paul Smith.
“We were looking for a shape that was masculine from the front, yet feminine at the back,” explained Gray. “We wanted to create tight sides that give an over-lapping softness. So, from the front you see a narrow shape and from the profile you see a big low-rounded convex shape that went into a low ponytail that tucked into the neck.
“I loved the idea that it was bulbous but not in a 60’s way, the volume wasn’t high up on the crown, it was much lower. I had to create a base to give hair ‘guts’ creating a textured base that would also offer that soft fluffy look. We wanted to create a grungy but sexy messy look making sure that the hair didn’t look as though it was freshly washed.”
Gray used Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray and Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream.
